Roche Abbey Trail Running Festival 2019

Roche Abbey is definitely a hidden gem, it’s not very well known, and nevertheless it’s very beautiful. Roche Abbey is nestled away in South Yorkshire near the picturesque village of Maltby. All races will start and finish within the grounds of the Travellers pub close by to the glorious Roche Abbey and will encompass a 6.1 mile loop of both trail and track running through Lord Scarborough’s land, which originally formed part of Sherwood Forest.
Registration will take place in the Travellers pub and bib numbers will be given on the day.
Toilets are available at the start which the runners will pass through on each lap.
Parking is available in the pub grounds (No charge)
Feed stations are situated every 3 miles and will provide drinks and snacks.
A bespoke medal, beer and chocolate will be awarded to all runners, with trophies for the first three male and female finishers in each distance.
