The 2020 four by four Canal Challenge

In a change to initial plans we will hold four days of running on the canal at Kirkstall. With a choice of running anything between 1 and 4 days. Participants can either a marathon a half marathon or have the flexibility that the six hour challenge brings ,( running as far as you want for as long as you want ).
Most of you will know that the course is on good tow path and is flat and perfect for anyone who wants a fast race. The course is equally perfect for anyone wanting to test their ability to run on multiple days.
All participants will receive a medal for each day they run and a goody bag. Anyone running the same distance all four days will receive a special hoodie.
