Great canal run
As always an enjoyable run organised by a really friendly group of people. Great set up, with lots of nice sweet treats, drinks and medals. Seeing me run last night has encouraged my daughter to sign up for a future run.

Welcoming gentle run
Maybe a sign on the bridge is needed as about 6 of us did an extra .6 km when we followed the person at the front to the right, or highlight crossing the canal at 2.5km.
