well organised and friendly.

There were 2 places, at the point with 3 choices and the road crossing with the metal barrier where the signage could have been better. Minor negatives during a friendly and well organised event.

Really enjoyable!

Very friendly event organisers a good out and back run in sunny conditions. Plenty to eat and drink afterwards which was a nice touch.

Great Event

Great event, very well organised, and as usual amazing snacks afterwards, The marshals we're fantastic, friendly & helpful. Well signposted along the route, 10 miles was a little short but i did a couple of laps up and down before crossing the finishing line to get my 10 miles in. See you next month for the 10 miles @ Sir Titus Autumn Fudge Trudge.

Badly organised, 3 Marshall over 13 miles, crossing 3 main roads with no Marshall, no mile markers, had to ask if I was half way (Marshall asked me if I was doing a half marathon and I said yes!) , choose your own medal not good either!

Friendly event!

This was the smallest event I have ever taken part in, but it was so well organised and the organisers and marshalls were very friendly and helpful.
My only issue was that the route was slightly shorter than 10 miles (my Garmin came up at 9.8 miles) and the lady I finished next to also commented that her distance was out too. I’m not sure how this could have been rectified with the route though, as the turn-around point was at a gate so a perfect place to turn, and there wasn’t physically anywhere we could run past the finish line due to the funfair.
Even though it was a very small event, it was lovely to receive a round of applause when coming over the finish line which I hadn’t expected! The lady who met me from the finish line to remove my tag for me and direct me to the snack/medal area was so warm and supportive and it was lovely to have that when I’d come to the event on my own.
Overall, a great event, well organised and I’d definitely take part again!
