Not only are they the best events going, but they cater for all ages and abilities. I will always be in the last 10 or 15 to finish, but the Grim Up North Team are as enthusiastic and lovely with the tail enders as they are with the elite and intermediate. As the better runners are on their way back and pass the other runners, they still give words of encouragement to keep the slower one's going. A great running community and a great organisation. Thank you to everyone for providing such high quality events - and most brilliant medals and burgers...awesome. regards, Jean Chamley
