Great and well organised event
Easy registration and use of toilet facilities in Settle swimming pool. Route is undulating on a quiet back road with spectacular views. I have done this event 4 times now!
Lovely medal and plenty of snacks provided afterwards.

Excellent scenic route in the Dales
Beautiful scenery and friendly atmosphere. Bit difficult if you don’t like hills. I didn’t mind the hills there were not too taxing. Only downside was a farmer in his tractor rushing to get by participants and nearly knocked a runner over (the runner was on the verge so not causing a block on the road). The farmer was rude and negligent. This was the only negative incident of the day. I will look for this race in next years calendar. Very enjoyable.

Worth a go.
Up on the way there which means down on the way back. Tough but easily doable. Only 3 toilets inside the leisure centre so make sure you plan for a very long queue. Atmosphere is fantastic and we'll definitely do it again.

First time doing this event - well organised and great atmosphere- course is tough but with fabulous scenery which takes your mind off the hills - but pretty much downhill home which was great - would definitely recommend
I have been placed in wrong age group and would be 3rd lady in my own age group

The grim team are very welcoming and very clear with instruction, the event itself is one of the best scenic road races you will ever do, grim team do a fantastic job and can't wait for next event!!

IGUN I blinking love their events. Low key. No stress. The Grim team are all fantastic!!! As someone who can get very anxious before an event, Grims atmosphere and welcoming nature makes it a fab event every time.

Superb well organised event!
My first run with its grim up north and in settle, the set up was impressive, greet atmosphere and support. The bacon butty afterwards was perfect along with the many other treats you could grab. Thank you to all the staff for organising. X
