Join us in the beautiful village of Slaithwaite (Slawit) for a cracking summer evening of canal-side running, great company and relaxed midweek racing 

Our popular Rock Up N Run events are all about keeping things simple — no pressure, no stress, just turn up, run and enjoy the atmosphere.

Set along the scenic canal paths around Slawit, this lovely out-and-back route is perfect for runners of all abilities, whether you’re chasing a fast time, building fitness or simply enjoying a social evening run in West Yorkshire.

 Race Times:
10K starts at 6:45pm
5K starts at 7:00pm

Registration takes place next to the Hand Baked Bakery ( Upper Mills Canal Side, Huddersfield HD7 5HA) on the canal from 6pm.

Every runner receives:
Beer or soft drink
One of our famous Grim jumble medals
Plenty of laughs, support and great company

This is a fantastic local running event in Huddersfield and a brilliant way to spend a Thursday evening with fellow runners.
