Perhaps a purpose designed medal to suit the annual event for MND?

My 2nd Grim run and i think they're brilliant. Really friendly and always loads of treats at the end.

Great that so many people made effort. They may not have known him, but fantastic to support the cause.

Many thanks to all involved in this and in particular to Steve for honouring the memory of his uncle in such a lovely and useful way.

As always very well organised, everyone was very friendly, other runners encouraged you on, brilliant atmosphere as you came across the finish line, well done to everyone who took part in this really good cause for MND

So this morning was all about MND and the Grim team put together The David Irving
Memorial Race in aid of
MND for Starter Steve , whether your a new or seasoned runner and regardless of your age, ability, skill level or experience the Grim team will always make you feel welcome , this morning was hust a little bit special to the regulars and everyone got together to help and support Starter Steve who is a top banana of a bloke , as always the run was great, friendly, professional and good value for money , in my opinion it should definitely be added to the grim calendar and have an awesome medal , I definitely recommend this event if it happens again

What a fantastic morning. It was lovely to be a part of this special charity event, thank you. Great atmosphere, lovely run and the cupcakes were delicious! I hope you raised £££££££
